Joe Biden says he is not running for president of the US

Joe Biden made the announcement today that he is not running for president of the United States. I know some people this may come as a shock, but I didn't really believe that he would even run. I believe Hillary Clinton is not even going to be able to run herself. I believe she's going to be indicted and also show face criminal charges for the server probe that is going on with her now. She should've known better not to use her own server. She needs to be held accountable just like anybody else.
