Ohio man sentenced to 2 years for fatal heroin-related crash
Pretty sad that this Ohio man was using hair one when he killed somebody. I don't believe that two years is even enough time to set an example. Not even sure if treatment would even help this man. What are your thoughts of this man who killed somebody why high on hair one and only received two years?
