A Dayton Ohio woman is in critical condition off of N. Gettysburg Ave. in Dayton Ohio. His crazy some of the ways that people drive here in Dayton and I would say S. Gettysburg Ave. is horrible, especially going down by Nicholas Road. People are always violating the speed limit and I think the Dayton police and even Ohio State Patrol need to take corrective action before somebody is hurt or killed.
A female is in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle, according to Dayton police
The victim was taken to Miami Valley Hospital and the intersection of North Gettysburg and Genesee avenues is expected to be closed for at least another hour.
Police said the driver stopped after hitting the pedestrian and called 9-1-1.
Police said there were no other witnesses. Officers remain on scene in an effort to reconstruct the crash and determine who was at-fault
