A southwest Ohio judge has refused to dismiss charges for a man accused of fatally beating his girlfriend's 2-year-old daughter.

Car fire on I-75 in Moraine closes lanes, slows traffic
MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – A car on fire has blocked lanes on I-75 had the road closed for a few minutes Wednesday afternoon.
Police dispatchers tell 2 NEWS one lane is back open and the fire is out. Dispatchers also said they were unaware of any injuries.
The fire happened before 4 p.m. Wednesday on the southbound side near Dryden Road.
